I noticed a few things today.
A. I haven't had any painful stomach aches or emergency bathroom visits since starting.
B. I don't fee bloated at night.
C. While talking to Paul and making my coffee this morning: Instead of reaching for the coffee, I grabbed a Stevia packet in the back of the pantry and opened it. The ripping sound caused me to stop and notice what I was doing. I stopped in my tracks, looked at the opened packet, shook my head, then tossed it in the trash. BOX 5 RECOVERY. That was a close one.
D. Paul and I went on a date tonight to True Food Kitchen (at Paul's suggestion). I knew if I was going to be able to find something to eat, this would be the place. Our server was super awesome and really helpful at helping me find my entree. *See below.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and bacon.
Lunch: Leftover All Day Frittata
Dinner: Moroccan Chicken @ True Food Kitchen. When I told our server that I was going to have a lot of questions, he sat down next to me and said "No problem. We'll find you something you can eat." I explained that I was on Whole30 and told him what I could and couldn't have. He suggested the braised bison short ribs with cauliflower mash (dairy free). However, since braising is done with red wine, I had to nix it. He then suggested the curry where they could omit the rice and quinoa. Up next was the Moroccan Chicken. I asked him to remove the chickpeas and I was set. It turned out much faster and easier than expected. Since I couldn't have wine with dinner, I ordered the Kale-Aid.

Almost at a week and 1/6 of the way done!
