Woot woot! Another day down and the headaches are setting in.
There were a few times today that I had forgotten that I was even doing this challenge until I was faced with food. Today's temptation was Siggi's squeezy yogurt. If you haven't had any of the yogurts in the Siggi's brand, I highly suggest it. But only if you're not doing Whole30. Or lactose intolerant. Or allergic to deliciousness.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, and strawberries.
I had a banana again about 45 minutes before going on a run. The weather was cool, misty, and cloudy and made for a relaxing run. No one was out because of the rain, so I had the canal all to myself.

Then I went to yoga/pilates. If I can't move my arms and shoulders tomorrow or if I'm limping from doing wall sits, remind me that I actually ENJOYED the class today. I had forgotten to pack a post workout snack/meal, so I stopped by Whole Foods and picked up a few Larabars. I'll be keeping them in my glovebox in case of emergency. I know that if the are stored in the kitchen pantry that I will be more likely to eat them instead of eating a meal.
Lunch: Leftover minestrone soup.
Dinner: Easy Peasy Chicken Thighs and roasted veggies. My broccoli was overcooked, er... burnt. However the roasted sweet potatoes were perfect. Have I mentioned how much I love sweet potatoes? They are easily ranked my #1 veggie. I also made some guacamole and use it to top the chicken. I must admit it was a good decision.
Things I've noticed today:
- I get really tired around 3:00
- making breakfast is a whole lot easier while trying to get kids ready for school when you are prepared the night before
Off to prep for tomorrow. Night!
