I love coffee.
Seriously.
I LOVE it.
I'm not a coffee connoisseur by any means. I just love regular old coffee. with cream. And stevia (or Splenda when I forget Stevia packets). And Starbucks. I know Starbucks isn't necessarily the BEST place for coffee, but they have drive-thrus and plenty of locations.)
On the majority of days, I make coffee in the morning, but I don't always get to finish my cup. Big surprise considering I have two small children. So on some days, I'd stop at Starbucks later that morning or in the afternoon. I can hear my dad's voice in my head telling me to stop wasting money right now.
I've also never been very good at drinking enough water during the day. I always seem to be moving about running errands, cleaning, working on my Esty shop items, or driving around picking up kids that I don't think about water. Then at the end of the day, I'm chugging water to hydrate.
That was until I came across this post from one of my favorite running bloggers.
When I saw this water bottle, I bought it immediately. As in I-stopped-reading-the-post-and-bought-a-bottle right away.
The first day I used it was last Thursday and have used it every day since. Each day I have met the goal of drinking two bottles full of water, and most days I get through three.
In the past week, I've noticed that I don't seem to need that second dose of coffee during the day. Some days I forget to make the first cup in the morning!
I still love my coffee, but I'm feeling pretty good about getting my body the water that it needs. I'm looking forward to see what other positive effects it has on me!
