Some days just feel so busy, but when you look back at it, it doesn't seem as though you did much. Does that make sense?
I think I might be losing my mind just a little bit since I haven't been on a run in two days. My kiddo has been sick and home from school, I've been trying to fit in time to work while he's home (which never works out in my favor), and it has been raining and gray all week. It's time to get a boost in "getting things done" energy.
Plus, my sick kid was really pushy about wanting me to try his blueberry muffin. He would NOT STOP unless I tried it. After turning him down several times very kindly, he kept on. He even said he save the blueberry for me. I told him that I was being careful about what foods I was eating and I wasn't going to eat sugary ones for a while. He then told me that he made sure no sugar pieces were on it (you know...that delicious crumble topping). I had to take a piece and PRETEND that I ate it. That's been the hardest thing I've had to do thus far. I love that crumble topping...
Anywho...
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs and chorizo with strawberries. Paul asked if I wanted coffee this morning and I said no. What the what?!
Lunch: Leftover Easy Peasy Chicken, guac, and raw red bell pepper slices.
Dinner: All Day Frittata. I added some spinach to the recipe as well. And salt and pepper. It was delicious. I *may* have had two servings.

My friend bought me this really cool water infuser for Christmas. You load up the little basket in the center with fruits and such and it flavors your water as you drink. It's pretty awesome.
It's late, I'm tired...g'night!
