A couple of things are on my mind today:
Eating
After a half marathon, I find it really difficult to control my eating habits. Basically my brain is saying "You just ran a half marathon! Eat all the foods!"
Literally. ALL. THE. FOODS.
Donuts, oh so many donuts. Cookies. Tater Tots. Fries. I am considering doing another round of Whole30 just to give myself a kickstart! Anyone else have this probelem after a big race?

I LOVE the day race photos come out! Ive become a pro at smiking for the camera. Now I need to work on having the "Beast Mode" look on my face.
